As our wedding season is now well and truly underway we are thoroughly enjoying putting together our Out of Town Welcome bags and boxes together for some of our clients guests.
All of our weddings have flown in from far and wide to host their weddings here in Spain and what is really welcoming is presenting your guests with a personal wedding welcome gift bag or box full of useful, and not so useful, but lovely things to show appreciation for the fact they have travelled to celebrate your wedding with you.
We have some fabulous bags and boxes that we are creating so thought it would be nice to share them with you and a list of ideas we create for our clients.
A pretty welcome bag or box with a personalised message and itinerary of your wedding card
A map of the local area with useful information on your local area, such as recommended restaurants, emergency numbers and hints and tips
Sunscreen, slightly important here in sunny Spain to stop your guests from turning pink or an even deeper shade of red
Water, again always welcome in a hot climate
Small bottles of wine, cava or sherry, even more welcome!
Savoury nibbles, olives, crackers and nuts from local suppliers
Sweet treats, perhaps some chocolates, mints or sweets
Headache tablets, they will be drinking a lot during your celebrations so what better than to provide some headache relief
Plasters for those aching dancing feet
Locally produced gifts, ceramic tiles, olive oil or infused vinegars
Some lovely scented bath gels or scented candles for their rooms
There is a whole host of ideas to make your guests feel special and appreciated so, if you have the extra budget, do try to make your guests feel welcome when they have travelled sometimes half way across the world to join you.

Fabulous Indian Wedding Celebration in Marbella
We are so very excited to share a sneak preview of our fabulous Indian wedding last week here in Marbella.
Everyone knows I adore glitter and I was treated to such a wonderful array of the most beautiful outfits and so much sparkle I was in sparkle heaven!
As our beautiful bride, Jigna, married her handsome and utterly charming Raja, Shamir, we planned and decorated each event from the welcome party to the Mendhi, followed by a fantastic Sangeet evening with some wonderful dancing and last but not least the most amazing wedding day.
These beautiful photos were sent to us today by the hugely talented team at Nani de Perez so we had to share!
We cannot wait to see the rest of this fabulous wedding and our congratulations to Jigna and Shamir whom I hope are now having a lovely rest on their honeymoon.

Happy Easter!
Summer arrived early this year with temperatures hitting 37 degrees yesterday in Seville!
This weekend we are closing our offices for a few days and we are also very excited to welcome our Easter weekend wedding to Spain.
It is going to be a weekend of beautiful blue skies and sunny days as our clients celebrate their marriage overlooking the Mediterranean.
We would like to wish all our clients, suppliers and friends a very Happy Easter and hope you get lots of chocolate :)

Pretty Pastel Inspirations
Here in Spain spring arrived finally a few weeks ago and then disappeared again?!
After a gloriously warm week of Mediterranean spring sunshine the Spanish weather turned back into a rather gloomy, wet and windy week but finally I think we will be able to welcome the spring just in time for Easter.
Mimosa trees are becoming heavily laden with their fluffy bright yellow blooms which always remind me of those cute Easter chicks decorations and we have wild baby irises popping up which are one of my favourite flowers.
With all these beautiful colours taking hold as spring and Easter arrive we thought we would share some pastel inspirations and prettiness with you.
All images were found on Pinterest and Burnett's Boards.

Spanish Bougainvillea Wedding Inspiration
It has been a while since I have blogged our inspirations and real weddings and cannot believe I have not blogged for an entire month but sometimes life's events take over and things have to take a back seat.
I am still in a strange place having lost my dear father on New Years Eve which has taken up a lot of my energy dealing with my grief and also helping my mother through what has been a horrendous time.
My father was my best friend and meant the world to me, he was a huge support and a fun part of my life both as a young child and as I bought up my beautiful daughters. Without a real man influence in my life, he provided the head of the family role to me and my girls and was always there providing help, guidance and security.
I have spent the past few months coming to terms with the horror, shock and now trying to accept he has gone. This has taken up a lot of my energy over the past few months hence the reason I have not felt in a good place to be blogging or feel inspired.
But life goes on and my love for weddings and all things Spanish continues along with glitter, candles and fairy lights.
I so loved this bougainvillea styled wedding featured on Ruffled I wanted to share this with you as this would be perfect to replicate here in Spain.
The concept of the tablescape adorned with candles and bougainvillea is beautiful and the fact is it set by water reflecting the magically created space is just gorgeous.
I still love the Mamma Mia wedding and this for me is just a perfect wedding setting :)
Life goes on and my father would want it to so I will try really hard over the next few months to share my inspirations, mood boards and real weddings with you again and please accept my apologies for my absence from blogging for a while x

Laughter at La Cabane, Los Monteros Hotel
I don't think I have ever seen so many photos from one wedding so full of smiles and laughter throughout the entire day :)
When we first met Suzie and Barry we knew their wedding day would be one big party, they were such a sociable, warm and pleasant couple and their parents were all great friends so we could see this was going to be a fabulously fun filled day with a family that loved life and loved celebrating!
Suzie and Barry held their wedding ceremony at the Encarnacion church then transported their guests to the stunning La Cabane Beach Club at Los Monteros hotel for a fabulous wedding reception.
The evening started off with Masquerade, during the dinner, making sure it was going to be a lively evening and they had an amazing fireworks display followed by dancing into the early hours of the morning.
The next day the festivities continued on the beach offering plenty of hangover food and drinks along with some more wonderful entertainment including the Brazilian drummers and dancers.
Our congratulations to Suzie and Barry and our thanks to all the wonderful suppliers involved in creating such a fun filled few days.
