We loved creating this wedding at Nikki Beach.
It was one of the fallouts from the Los Monteros closure and having met the bride and groom's parents at Los Monteros and planned the wedding decoration and flowers, when we had to change venue we quickly adapted the already gold and aqua theme to a slightly more trendy look to compliment Nikki Beach which included a beautiful gold shell theme. It was all organised by the bride's parents and kept a secret from her! We had all sorts going on from confetti bombs to sky lanterns which I hear afterwards were a huge success :)
We used white orchids for all the bridal flowers and buttonholes, our Moroccan lamps for the table centrepieces scattered with gold shells and decorated the napkins with white crystal ribbons with gold shell decorations.
Our main task that day was to create a chuppah within 4 palm trees on Nikki beach, unfortunately it was extremely windy so mass securing needed to take place, the security had fun watching us, I am sure they were scared of heights regardless of their size!
We finished off the decorations with lots of floating ribbons in white, aqua and golds using beautiful flowers and local foliage, stolen I shamefully add from my neighbours garden, he has some fabulous white bouganvilla!
The result was spectacular and the nightclub was dressed with our candles to make it very romantic for our beautiful bride, our chuppah just about held out against the winds thank goodness. A good time was had by all. Here is our email received from Kia's mother after the wedding.
"Hi Laura, Kia and Darren's wedding was everything and more than we could have wished for!!!
The comments from everyone have been amazing and we have been told that absolutely everyone loved the night including most importantly the bride and groom.
Thank you for all you did to make it what is was!!
