A Bit of Valentine's Sparkle from Spain!
As a complete addict to all things pretty and the fact that this is Valentine's weekend I thought I would wish everyone a fabulous few days and share this gorgeous styled table with you.
For me these images are totally evocative of Valentine's day with one of my favourite colour combos, hot pinks and reds, always makes me happy.
I love seeing these images pop up on my Facebook and Instagram feeds as it reminds me that winter is almost over and we can look forward to sunnier brighter days.
Everyone must be wondering how I can say this when I live in one of the most sunniest countries in the world but trust me tonight is blowing up a storm and I am surrounded by cloud, winds and rain and Spain is apparently being plunged into a cold snap on Sunday which I will try to embrace with a smile!
My weekend won't be about the usual Valentines stuff, it will just be spent with my family, making nice things and memories.
My recently widowed mother will be spoilt with some spring flowers to cheer her up, my gorgeous youngest daughter and I will be spending time together baking some fun Valentine's love cookies and we will just poodle about enjoying each other's company.
I will also be constantly checking my phone and behaving like a cat on a hot tin roof as my eldest daughter is about to present me with my first granddaughter which is really quite nerve racking!
I love this tablescape and I have a confession that I saved these images to my phone a few days ago and despite my best endeavours have not been able to back track to find who to credit them to so please if they are your images do let me know and I can pop a link on this blog post to you.
They are fabulous and I love the floral styling and the accessories, as of course they include a bit of sparkle and sequins which can never do wrong in my eyes!
If you are planning your wedding in southern Spain and wish to hire some sparkle, we do stock a wide range of accessories such as gold and silver sequin table runners, gold and silver tealights, charger plates in some fabulous colours, gorgeous table linens, the list is endless but for now I will leave you to drool over these fabulous florals and wish you all a weekend filled with lots of love and lovely things.

Pantone's Rose Quartz and Serenity Colour for Weddings
We have been watching the wedding colours recently with great interest and dare I say slightly relieved to see the back of the blush!
I know many brides still love this colour and are sticking with it as it is so perfect for weddings but for us wedding pros we like a change!
Do bear in mind now we have been doing blush for over 2 years so it is refreshing to see other colours coming into the grand scheme of things and finally taking over.
When Pantone announced the colours of the year as a rose quartz and serenity soft blue, I was at first a bit dubious, I felt they were too reminiscent of the classic boy, girl baby colours but having seen how many designers have interpreted these colours I am beginning to embrace them.
As with all colours you have to be exact, we cannot go too baby pink or too baby blue, they are soft and surreal colours, reflecting the other craze about to hit wedding world by storm of geological rocks and geometric shapes, Edison hanging light bulbs and botanical florals.
Mix these colours with copper geometric shapes and you are bang on in 2016 wedding trends!

Fabulous Indian Wedding Celebration in Marbella
We are so very excited to share a sneak preview of our fabulous Indian wedding last week here in Marbella.
Everyone knows I adore glitter and I was treated to such a wonderful array of the most beautiful outfits and so much sparkle I was in sparkle heaven!
As our beautiful bride, Jigna, married her handsome and utterly charming Raja, Shamir, we planned and decorated each event from the welcome party to the Mendhi, followed by a fantastic Sangeet evening with some wonderful dancing and last but not least the most amazing wedding day.
These beautiful photos were sent to us today by the hugely talented team at Nani de Perez so we had to share!
We cannot wait to see the rest of this fabulous wedding and our congratulations to Jigna and Shamir whom I hope are now having a lovely rest on their honeymoon.

Luxury Weddings in Spain
Earlier this year we planned a beautiful and luxury wedding for David and Luica in a stunning private villa set in the hills behind Marbella.
For our avid followers you may recall this floral heaven we had the delight of working on with the uber cool and hugely talented floral designer Pedro Navarro as we have blogged this before.
To say we were squeaking with excitement when Pedro and his team rolled up with tons of flowers is an understatement and everyone quickly went to work to create a superbly stunning piece of wedding heaven for our clients under the watchful eye of Mar from Romance Weddings.
Mar, as well as being an assistant photographer for her hubby, Joseba of Romance Weddings, is a woman after our own heart who loves nothing better than styling, we had a fabulous day all working together on the details to pull our clients dream day together.
There were an awful lot of ribbons, confetti and double sided tape being happily thrown around and the divine watercolour stationery from the Design House of Moira complimented the beautiful table designs.
We are delighted now to see the world happily sharing this luxury wedding from Spain. Perhaps we are finally dragging Spain into the luxury wedding market although with the latest coverage of Amal Alamuddin's wedding to her actor hubby :), we may still be in competition with Italy!
Here are some of the recent blog posts popping up on the web sharing our wedding work with Pedro Navarro and Romance Weddings.
We will be sharing a lot of our weddings with you during the dark winter months so do like our Facebook page or pop back to read our blog.

Luxurious Floral Romantic Wedding in Marbella
We have created so many gorgeous weddings over the past few months and we are delighted to now be receiving the photographs so we can share these with you.
You can imagine my delight when we received these fabulous photos from Joseba and Mar at Romance Weddings Photography.
Luica and David were a delightful couple who wished to create their dream day here in Marbella combined with a touch of luxury and style. Working with this criteria we located a stunning luxury villa set in the hills behind Marbella, providing the perfect venue for their wedding day. As it was a smaller wedding party, the courtyard was the perfect setting for their dinner reception and the magical gazebo area already in the gardens was a beautiful location for the ceremony. Luica and David loved the different areas we could use for their wedding day and the property offered a lot of privacy so they could relax and enjoy their day with their close family and friends.
Florals were high on Luica's agenda and the talented Pedro Navarro and his team created stunning floral displays using Juliet roses, white peonies and ranunculus combined with lace draped over the main table and plenty of vintage styling from the chairs to the extra props drafted in for the day, the overall style was pure romance.
We loved the watercolour and calligraphy stationery created for the day by the Design House of Moira which matched the original invitations and each place setting had a beautiful menu and placecard which was pinned to a peach. I do love combining florals with fruits and this was done perfectly.
The candy bar created by Dulce Serendipia and our cheese table were styled with the same romantic theme and us girls even managed to sneak a bit of glitter in! Mar from Romance Weddings created some fabulous cocktail stirrers, paper flowers and vintage props, we always love her attention to details and styling, especially when it comes to taking the photographs. A girl after our own heart!
The gorgeous wedding cake, that I was banned from going near, was designed and created by Sweet Things By Fi, it looked stunning and had been designed to match Luica's dress, sadly I did not get to test it on this occasion!
Luica's dreamy dress was from Chiavano Couture, we swooned when we saw Luica appear from her dressing room and David looked equally handsome in his Hugo Boss suit.
A wonderful day was had by our charming couple along with their families and friends who partied well into the evening.
