Rocking at La Cabane, Los Monteros!

Here at Reviva we do create many fantastic memorable weddings and one of my absolute favourite no fail combinations is a beautiful ceremony at the stunning Encarnacion Church in the quaint Old Town of Marbella followed by a chic and sleek stylish party at the jaw dropping La Cabane.  It is a win win situation!

Michelle and Gordon wanted this perfect wedding scenario and what fun we had planning and designing their dream day with them, they were an absolute delight to work with and we enjoyed every minute of working on their wedding and post wedding beach party.

It was a pretty hot day here at the end of June as the heatwave started to rack up and hit Southern Spain and the temperatures rose into the 90's, it got worse after this, that is another story but it was hot enough for the centrepieces to mist up as the temperatures were so high!


Michelle and Gordon had friends and family flying in from all over the world to join them in their celebrations and celebrate they did.  We created some cool ideas such as the Man Corner and the Glo Bar which sadly Jeremy missed for the photos, so he is now hanging his head in shame but has been forgiven as they were later in the night.   

Michelle said she loved seeing the glo bunny ears and glasses later popping up all over the place and it was such a fun idea.

Despite probably many hangovers the party continued the next day hosting a paella and BBQ evening at a local chiringuito which I understand finished about 5am!

Our congratulations to Michelle and Gordon and again a huge thank you to all our professional suppliers without whom we could not execute such wonderful days.

Happy Easter!

Summer arrived early this year with temperatures hitting 37 degrees yesterday in Seville!    

This weekend we are closing our offices for a few days and we are also very excited to welcome our Easter weekend wedding to Spain.

It is going to be a weekend of beautiful blue skies and sunny days as our clients celebrate their marriage overlooking the Mediterranean. 

We would like to wish all our clients, suppliers and friends a very Happy Easter and hope you get lots of chocolate :)

Insanely Gorgeous Wedding at La Cabane, Los Monteros Hotel

 

 

 

 

 

You can never fail to fall in love with this venue, La Cabane at Los Monteros Hotel.

Located by the sea in one of the most prestigious areas to the east of Marbella it ticks all the boxes and certainly has the wow factor!

I should really do this blog post in two parts as there are so many gorgeous photos to share with you but I do know many of our clients for 2015 are dying to see our September weddings and so here we are finally as they start to drift in!

We were delighted when Frank and Ailish contacted us to help them design and plan their wedding here. Living in Australia meant they needed a lot of help with their wedding preparations, planning and design as they invited their guests from all over the world to join them on their special day.

And what a special day it was too as you can see from the photos, from Anna at Limelight Photography, the end results were amazing, gorgeous and a lot of fun.

Ailish and Frank were a delightful couple and truly easy to work with quickly making decisions and knowing exactly what they wanted.

We designed a blush and gold themed wedding with lots of fabulous details from the lemonade greeting station to the beautiful tables, linens, gold chairs, cigar bar and lots of sparkle.

It is also lovely when the couple can get involved, even from afar, and Ailish sent over a goodie box full of extra personal touches for their day including love votives, initials, cute confetti cups and fans.

All the suppliers involved were amazing and we would like to thank Kathryn Parr for hair and make up, Ian Preston and Quike for the entertainment, Sweet Things by Fi for the beautiful wedding cake and all the miniature cakes she created for each guest, to the staff at La Cabane and of course Anna Gazda from Limelight Photography for these fabulous photos.
